Vivaz Medical Spa is committed to helping you look and feel your best by providing exceptional care and prompt service.
We understand appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. To respect everyone’s time, we are implementing a scheduling policy starting Feb. 1, 2025.
When scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card number to secure your time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least one business day prior. For example, if your appointment is scheduled at 3 p.m. on Monday, you must notify us by 3 p.m. on Friday.
If you do not notify us at least one business day prior or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.
This policy remains in effect during inclement weather. We ask that you be weather-aware in the days leading up to your appointment, as you are still required to notify us at least one business day prior if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If our location should close due to inclement weather before your appointment, we will notify you to reschedule.
